I have painted and drawn for the last 20 years, mostly in landscapes watercolour. I was also tutored by the well known Yorkshire Landscape artist Margaret Uttley using her distinctive watercolour technique During the last two years I have developed my landscape and abstract work using acrylic paint applied alternately with layers of acrylic ink to produce bright, high contrast images. Currently my work is in galleries in the South East of England as well as major art fairs throughout the UK.
I am
an enthusiastic walker,
photographer and web designer using many of the images found on my travels as a base
for my work. |
